Applicants must secure a Letter of Support from a designated venture capital fund, angel investor group or business incubator, meet language requirements of at least CLB 5 in English or French and demonstrate sufficient settlement funds.
Up to five co-applicants may apply together as part of the same qualifying business, each receiving permanent residence on approval.
